Position Overview

We are in search of a skilled and imaginative Creative Video Producer to become a part of our dynamic Creative Department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for narrative development through video, an acute attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of contemporary video production techniques and trends. As a Creative Video Producer, you will be tasked with producing high-quality video content that resonates with our brand and captivates our audience across diverse platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, film, and edit high-quality video content for a variety of projects, including promotional videos, social media content, advertisements, corporate presentations, and more.

• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, marketing team, and other stakeholders to create video concepts that align with project goals and brand standards.

• Engage in brainstorming sessions, storyboarding, and script development to ensure a clear vision for each project.

• Operate and maintain a range of video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear, ensuring all equipment is in optimal working condition.

• Edit video footage to produce engaging and polished final products, utilizing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other editing tools to achieve desired outcomes.

• Tailor video content for various platforms, ensuring optimal performance across each (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, company website).

• Manage multiple video projects concurrently, adhering to timelines and meeting deadlines.

• Ensure all video content meets high standards of quality and consistency, with meticulous attention to detail throughout the production process.

• Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and technologies in video production to continuously enhance skills and contribute innovative ideas to the team.

  • Contribute as a member of the Brand & Creative Team and provide support to colleagues as needed.
  • Maintain flexibility in work hours to accommodate business requirements.
  • Actively contribute to the overall success of the company through regular engagement in management and operational activities.
  • Participate and provide leadership in inter-departmental meetings, projects, and informal initiatives.

Educational Requirements

1. A Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.

Experience and Skills

1. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in videography and video editing within a commercial context.

2. Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) and familiarity with video equipment (cameras, lighting, audio gear).

3. Strong storytelling capabilities, with a portfolio showcasing a variety of video projects and styles.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

5. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

7. Adaptability to changing priorities and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
