Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Communications Intern to join our global Hygiene, Health and Consumable (HHC) Adhesives Product Management and Marketing (PM&M) team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects that make a difference internally and externally for H.B. Fuller.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with marketers, sales professionals, and key business partners to drive growth opportunities in the market.
  • Develop project management skills and learn how different functions collaborate to help drive growth opportunities in the market.
  • Think strategically and creatively to develop innovative solutions.
  • Request and give feedback to ensure high-quality results.
Project Examples
  • Tradeshow preparation and creating a strategic marketing vision for the event.
  • Support innovation week product launches, including presentations, value propositions, and marketing collateral.
  • Create a script and help run a LinkedIn social media campaign promoting a strategic product line.
  • Create a script and supervise the creation of a Troubleshooting Tutorial Video for the Flexible Packaging market segment.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Detailed-oriented and able to be a self-starter to complete projects.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in video editing software.
  • Prior experience with graphic design (such as Canva).
  • Upcoming Junior or Senior level student.
Work Environment
  • Office environment or possibility to work remotely.
  • Must be comfortable doing video calls (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.).
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is $22-$25 per hour based on major. In addition to your salary, H.B. Fuller offers employees a competitive total rewards package, including comprehensive benefits, incentive and recognition programs, health & wellness benefits, 401K contributions, paid time off, and paid holidays. Eligibility may vary.
