  • Extensive expertise with Red Hat OpenShift V4.
  • Proficient in diagnosing application challenges within the Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform ecosystem.
  • Skilled in developing Build and Deployment configuration files for applications on OpenShift.
  • Direct experience in crafting S2I images, Stateful sets, and transforming existing Docker images into S2I images.
  • Solid understanding of OpenShift/Kubernetes and Container Orchestration, including Custom Helm charts.
  • Familiarity with managing Docker Image Repositories such as Quay.
  • Proven ability to create Docker files, images, and containers.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, and GIT.
  • Hands-on experience in automating CI/CD processes on Red Hat OpenShift / OCP.
  • Collaborate effectively with teams to ensure successful deployment, upgrades, and maintenance of products.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with the Elastic stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) version 6.X and above.
  • Administration of the Elastic stack, including performance and capacity management, as well as index curation and retention management.
  • Proficient in Logstash and pipeline configuration, including grok experience.
  • Familiarity with Elastic Beats such as Filebeat and Heartbeat.
  • Experience with SonarQube/Coverity.
  • Competence in Linux scripting, including ksh, bash, and Python. Experience in installing, configuring, troubleshooting, patching, and upgrading WebSphere Application Server V9 and IBM HTTP server.
  • Background in Middleware Administration, particularly with WebSphere/WebLogic Application Server on Linux or UNIX-based systems.
  • Capability to understand and debug Java errors.
  • Strong knowledge of SSL, TCP/IP Networking, and LDAP.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities - collaborates well with diverse teams and works independently.
  • Self-starter with exceptional organizational, planning, meticulous documentation, and time management skills.
  • Experience in 24/7 problem resolution in a complex environment, including monitoring disk, CPU, and network performance anomalies, with the ability to respond promptly to system and/or network performance alerts.
Required Experience and Skills
  • 8+ years of experience in Kubernetes/OpenShift.
  • 8+ years of experience in Linux shell scripting.
  • 5 years as an expert in application containerization management.
  • Experience in DevSecOps practices, infrastructure, and scripting/programming.
  • 5+ years of experience with the following skill sets:
