Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate working sessions with stakeholders to gather business requirements and identify improvement opportunities
  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements and business solutions
  • Collaborate with IT staff to design and develop technical solutions
  • Assist with change management and relationship management between business stakeholders and digital platform managers

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA and 5 years of relevant experience or MS/MA or higher and 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in process modeling and design, organizational development, operational and business support, or related field
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
