Job Description

As a member of the software engineering division at Oracle, you will play a key role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures. Your responsibilities will include developing software for tasks associated with the designing, debugging, and testing of software applications or operating systems.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking engineers who share our passion and excitement for operating distributed systems at hyper scale using cloud native standard methodologies. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the disruption of the healthcare industry and help deliver better patient care.

As an engineer in our team, you'll be responsible for building scalable, distributed, and resilient software components and services to support healthcare platforms, applications, and our end users. We believe in ownership and expect you to be able to collaborate and think long term.

Responsibilities

Demonstrated ability to write great code in Java, Python, or similar object-oriented languages

Strong grasp of system design fundamentals and distributed systems architectural standard methodologies

Experience with web application development using microservices frameworks such as Helidon, Dropwizard, Spring, etc.

Experience with containers and container orchestration technologies (Kubernetes, Docker)

Strong desire to make an impact and thrive in collaborative and energetic environments

Experience building UIs will be a plus
