Position Overview:

We are in search of a driven Personal Lines Sales Specialist. Daily Responsibilities:

  • Adopt the Evertree Sales Philosophy while achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Transform incoming inquiries into multi-line insurance clients.
  • Maximize every lead by responding promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor client interactions and maintain organized workflows.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of personal lines and life insurance products.
  • Foster a positive work environment and collaborate as a team player.

Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated sales experience; prior insurance sales experience is advantageous.
  • Proven negotiation skills with a focus on achieving sales outcomes; persistence and persuasion are key.
  • Successful track record in a high-energy sales setting.
  • Exceptional communication abilities for engaging with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and efficiency.
  • Proficient with technology and capable of navigating various CRM platforms.
