Job Overview
- The Client Service Representative role is essential in assisting insurance producers with client needs, including managing annual enrollments, additions, terminations, and more.
- Work collaboratively with insurance producers to fulfill client requirements
- Coordinate open enrollment communications with insurance providers
- Facilitate interactions between client HR, benefits personnel, and insurance carriers
- Support client employees with insurance-related appeals
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience is preferred
- Previous experience with group health insurance and other employee benefits is advantageous
- A minimum of one year of client service experience in the insurance sector is required
- A strong team player with effective prioritization capabilities
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills, coupled with a service-oriented mindset
- Proficient in phone and email communication etiquette
- Experienced in using Microsoft Office and client relationship management software
- Knowledge of the Spanish language is a plus
