Job Summary

Prenuvo is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator, Team Lead to join our Denver clinic team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, leading a team of Patient Care Coordinators, and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, training, and support to Patient Care Coordinators to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Patient Care: Provide on-site leadership and support to patients from the moment they are booked to the time they receive their post-scan follow-up, ensuring their journey is smooth and they feel well-taken care of.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the efficient operation of the clinic, including day-to-day involvement with patients, staff, and medical professionals.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, staff, and medical professionals to ensure seamless coordination and care.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues that may arise during patient care, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care and service.
Requirements
  • Industry Experience: 2+ years of experience in customer support, service, and success in a healthcare setting.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve exceptional patient care.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and medical professionals.
  • Time Management: Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Emotional Intelligence: High level of emotional intelligence, with the ability to empathize with patients and provide compassionate care.
