Position Summary

We are seeking a Full-time Patient Care Concierge, Team Lead to enhance our clinic operations. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player with a strong problem-solving mindset, dedicated to delivering compassionate care and meticulous attention to detail. This position requires flexibility in scheduling, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends, and is on-site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and training to the Patient Care team, ensuring operational efficiency and a high standard of patient care.
  • Manage daily clinic operations, overseeing patient interactions from appointment booking to post-scan follow-up.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to provide feedback, discuss career development, and ensure alignment on processes.
  • Facilitate team meetings to maintain clear communication regarding operational procedures.
  • Coordinate staffing needs, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.
  • Assist in supply management and inventory control for the clinic.
  • Support the hiring and onboarding process for new team members, including training and development.
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance the overall patient experience.
  • Evaluate and improve existing workflows and processes.

Patient Interaction

  • Address patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Assist with pre-scan preparations and post-scan follow-up communications.
  • Identify and troubleshoot patient issues, ensuring timely resolutions.

Pre-scan and Intake Responsibilities

  • Send appointment reminders and assist with health intake form completion.
  • Verify patient identity and process payments.
  • Provide orientation and set expectations for the scanning process.

Post-scan Support

  • Guide patients through follow-up procedures and satisfaction surveys.
  • Facilitate communication with healthcare practitioners regarding patient reports.
  • Encourage patient referrals and reviews to enhance service quality.
