Job Title: Director of ABM and Demand Generation

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive ABM strategies aligned with our overall business objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts, developing personalized engagement plans to measure the impact of ABM programs.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align pipeline generation efforts with sales goals, optimizing the marketing funnel to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Leverage data and analytics to measure and analyze performance, identifying trends and optimizing campaigns to improve ROI.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in ABM and demand generation roles.
  • Proven track record of working with sales leaders to build and execute successful ABM and demand generation programs, consistently achieving results.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into a well-defined marketing strategy and execution plans with clear metrics and KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to assess opportunities and make decisions on ROI of programs and investments.
