Key Responsibilities
  • Work under the guidance of a senior Private Mortgage Banker to produce high-quality jumbo residential mortgage loans.
  • Build relationships with affluent borrowers, realtors, builders, financial professionals, and other non-traditional sources.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and providing high-quality loan services.
  • Analyze detailed financial and credit data to match customer needs with an appropriate loan program and level of risk.
  • Develop knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures, as well as underwriting requirements.
  • Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide them with a high-quality loan service.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of Private Mortgage Banking Sales experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Mortgage industry experience.
  • Customer service experience.
