Position Overview

The Head of Healthcare Professional Marketing plays a pivotal role within PharmaEssentia U.S.A., overseeing the creation and execution of strategies aimed at enhancing brand engagement among healthcare professionals. This leadership position is integral to shaping the marketing strategy and operational plans for both disease awareness and product branding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic and tactical marketing initiatives for healthcare professionals in the U.S.
  • Oversee brand development, including the formulation of campaigns and messaging, along with the approval of all marketing materials.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts that align with Medical, Clinical Development, Finance, and Sales teams.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to gauge marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage the advertising and promotional budget, ensuring accurate financial reporting and expense tracking with external partners.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders within the organization.
  • Set annual objectives and development plans for the marketing team.
  • Provide continuous evaluation and constructive feedback to ensure the marketing team's success in achieving their goals.
  • Work closely with sales leadership and training to ensure optimal execution of marketing strategies.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with agency partners.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
  • Experience with product launches is highly desirable.
  • Background in Oncology or Hematology is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Black Box products is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of presenting to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to articulate complex scientific concepts and data clearly.
  • Strong adaptability and leadership capabilities.
  • Proven skills in cross-functional coordination and communication.
  • Emotional intelligence, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset are essential.
  • Comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and guidelines.
  • Willingness to travel domestically as required.
