Role Overview

Envision Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Development Manager to join our team in Northern Virginia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer success by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a dedication to providing outstanding customer experiences. This role offers the opportunity to impact a dynamic and fast-paced environment significantly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Educate clients on products and solutions, including conducting product demonstrations at trade shows and client meetings
  • Conduct market research and manage territory to identify growth opportunities
  • Provide in-service training and ongoing support to customers
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and support customer success
  • Collaborate with Field Service and internal teams to resolve post-sale customer issues
  • Track, report, and manage sales data in an organized and efficient timeframe
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience, specifically within the medical aesthetics field
  • A Bachelor's degree is required; however, 2+ additional years of sales experience within the medical technology field can be substituted in place of a degree
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and generating high-quality leads
  • Strong prospecting, territory management, and closing skills
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Practical communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond appropriately
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing and reporting sales activities
  • Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to honesty and professional growth
  • Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software experience
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively as required
Compensation Package

Our compensation package includes a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, Vacation, Life Insurance, Disability, 401K with match, HSA, Tuition Reimbursement, Profit Sharing, Car Allowance, Phone Allowance, Laptop, and more.
