Job Summary:

myOrthos & Farrow Orthodontics is seeking a detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to provide exceptional patient care and administrative support in our orthodontic practice.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome patients to the practice, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Address patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Schedule, reschedule, confirm, or cancel appointments as needed, maintaining accurate records.
  • Follow up on no-shows and cancellations to minimize downtime.
  • Assist patients with completing information forms and updating records in practice management software.
  • Verify payment methods and collect payments as necessary.
  • Perform general office duties, including maintaining patient waiting areas and front-desk spaces.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Working knowledge of general administrative practices and dental terminology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Impeccable customer service skills.
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certification in office administration or medical administration preferred.
  • Experience working in a dental or medical office is advantageous.
  • Sound knowledge of dental practice management software.
