About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve moderately complex technical problems related to interface builds, basic networking, and HL7 integrations.
  • Work closely with customers' IT staff to provide expert guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues and provide workarounds for HL7 v3 processing.
  • Stay up-to-date with Oracle products and platforms to provide expert-level support.
