Your Role

  • As a Technical Facility Management Specialist, you will serve as the central point of contact for customers and their employees, ensuring smooth operation and managing employees and subcontractors.
  • You will be responsible for quality and performance control, warranty tracking, acquisition, proposal creation, and calculation of maintenance and operator contracts.
  • Additionally, you will create documentation and reports to support business operations.

Your Qualifications

  • You should have a technician, master, or completed apprenticeship as a plumbing and heating systems installer, electrician, or electronics technician.
  • Experience in a similar position within technical facility management and knowledge of object management is preferred.
  • You should also have experience in managing employees and good knowledge of MS Office applications.
