{"About the Role": "We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our growing Support Team at Clarivate. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for Sierra ILS customers, providing world-class technical support for Innovative hosted and remote, customer-based systems.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Providing technical support for Sierra ILS customers, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
* Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of Sierra's core functional modules, staying up-to-date with new features and technologies
* Collaborating with other Technical Support Analysts and Product Specialists to deliver technical and application support
* Documenting procedures and troubleshooting steps to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency

**Requirements:**

* MLIS/MLS or other relevant degree is required, OR Equivalent work experience
* 2 years of experience providing customer support in a technical environment
* 2 years of experience in libraries or other relevant similar experience
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
