- Empower team members to grow and develop as professionals
- Attend all National Sales calls and Marketing calls to stay informed and up-to-date on company initiatives
- Develop in-studio events based on owner goals for the quarter and month
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness of the studio and ensure the team meets high standards
- Develop community partnerships to promote the studio and increase visibility
- Communicate inventory levels to the Executive Assistant weekly
- Take a minimum of 2 classes/week to interact with members and stay connected to the studio
- Send Monday Update emails to the team to keep them informed and engaged
- Be available to work a variety of hours to ensure maximum exposure to the membership base and be present during peak sales times
- Be the point of contact for all client coordinator questions and teacher club-ready questions
- Responsible for the studio sales schedule to maximize time spent completing tasks and providing a first-class experience
- Review the designated review platform, address any negative reviews, and work to improve them
- Gain referral leads and manage all membership cancellations, downgrades, and freezes
- Assist in recruiting and hiring client coordinators as needed to keep the pipeline full
- Regularly update the living document containing staff information, including birthdays, phone numbers, email addresses, and social media handles
- Recognize and celebrate staff birthdays to foster a positive and supportive team environment
- Develop member retention events and processes in conjunction with the lead teacher and regional director
- Maintain the company mission statement and core values at all times and ensure the team does the same
- 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred
- Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Representatives
- Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams, including memberships and retail sales
- Previous management or supervisory experience required
- Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment
- Must be solution-based and results-oriented, with a competitive spirit
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
- An affinity and passion for fitness
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public
*This is a part-time position. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with nights and weekend availability.*
