IT Staffing Sales Director

At RiverPoint, we're seeking a highly skilled IT Staffing Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating and maintaining client accounts, serving as our main point of contact for our Kansas City office, and building long-term partnerships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for client concerns and needs, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships, driving business growth and revenue.
- Maintain accurate client records, tracking contract updates and renewals to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with sales and internal teams to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive business success.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client portfolio.
- Professional experience in a technology sales role, with a proven track record of success.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
