Job Description:
Houston Methodist is seeking an experienced Hospitality and Nutrition Director to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the hospitality and nutrition services at our hospital, ensuring that patients receive high-quality nutrition and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of the food service department, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision
* Ensure that patients receive high-quality nutrition and exceptional customer service
* Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement programs that promote patient satisfaction and well-being
* Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
* Five years in hospitality or industry operation with three years progressive supervisory experience
* Experience with menu planning and inventory management preferred

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
