As a Hospital Medical Director at Petco, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and client satisfaction while driving continuous improvement in clinical skills and cultivating a supportive work environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Review hospital P&L statements and partner with medical and operations field leaders to drive hospital performance, efficiency, and exceptional care quality
  • Cultivate a collaborative work culture where all team members feel welcome, respected, and supported
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in patient care and customer service
