Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of landscaping projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and oversee budgets, ensuring projects are executed within financial constraints while optimizing profitability.
  • Foster strong client relationships, addressing inquiries and providing effective solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Utilize advanced Excel capabilities for financial oversight, data interpretation, and reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to ALCA and SPCC standards and regulations.
  • Implement quality assurance protocols to uphold the highest standards in landscape maintenance.
  • Conduct regular site assessments to track project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to synchronize efforts and achieve project objectives.
  • Identify and explore potential avenues for business growth and expansion.
  • Regularly assess and analyze profit margins to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for enhancement.

Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in an Account Management role within the Landscaping sector of the Construction industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, financial oversight, and profit margin analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for financial management and data analysis.
  • ALCA and SPCC Certifications are highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance and quality assurance practices.
  • Exceptional client relationship management abilities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
