Director of Business Growth

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director in the US to drive revenue growth and business expansion. This individual should have extensive experience in business development, focusing on driving new business opportunities and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the BD strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets across key markets
- Identify, engage and secure new clients through consultative selling, targeting mid-size to enterprises in Consumer Health
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends and potential clients within target industries
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow up, nurturing and conversion of leads
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Consumer Health, a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets, and a good understanding of the regulated industry.
Requirements:- Bachelor or equivalent degree required
- 15 years of business development or sales experience in Consumer Health industries with interest in SaaS
- Experience selling to senior decision makers in enterprises
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, flexible working arrangements, and continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
