Compensation Package

The successful candidate will be offered a salary in the range of $150,000 to $250,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Director to lead our revenue growth initiatives globally. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software product pricing and revenue operations, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Develop and execute the revenue operations strategy to drive predictable growth and achieve financial targets.
  • Work closely with sales and customer success teams to identify growth opportunities across new and existing clients.
  • Manage channel partnership opportunities along with Business Development.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in software product pricing and revenue operations.
  • MBA or Finance background.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and lead a global team.
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or CRM (generating reports etc).
