Business Operations Director for Revenue Growth

Pixalate, Inc. is a leading online trust and safety platform that protects businesses, consumers, and children from deceptive, fraudulent, and non-compliant mobile, CTV apps, and websites.
Compensation PackageThe successful candidate will be offered a salary in the range of $150,000 to $250,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Business Operations Director to lead our revenue growth initiatives globally. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software product pricing and revenue operations, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Develop and execute the revenue operations strategy to drive predictable growth and achieve financial targets.
- Work closely with sales and customer success teams to identify growth opportunities across new and existing clients.
- Manage channel partnership opportunities along with Business Development.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in software product pricing and revenue operations.
- MBA or Finance background.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and lead a global team.
- Experience with Salesforce and/or CRM (generating reports etc).
