About the Role

The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive market penetration in the United States. This includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, leading and inspiring a team of sales professionals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive market penetration in the United States.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and payer organizations.
  • Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to maximize their performance and achieve individual and team targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product Development, to develop and execute effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Director with a minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare or life sciences industry. Prior experience in selling RWE solutions or related healthcare technology services is highly desirable. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market, excellent leadership and team management skills, and a strong network of contacts within the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare providers, and payer organizations.

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
