Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service by guiding customers through the sales process, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Vehicle Assessment: Conduct thorough vehicle condition assessments to ensure accurate appraisals and provide customers with a transparent and honest evaluation of their vehicle.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including vehicle scanning and reconciliation.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative tasks, such as printing reports, maintaining transaction paperwork, and contacting finance companies.
  • Service and Repair: Create service appointments, review repair order invoices, and ensure accuracy of documentation for billing.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, including verbal and written communication.
  • Teamwork: Display confidence in self, the product, and the company, and demonstrate strong team behaviors, including integrity, respect, inclusion, fairness, and fun.
  • Problem-Solving: Balance the needs of the customer and the business when making decisions, and create win-win solutions to customer issues.

  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, sales and customer service experience preferred, valid driver's license, and basic skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
