Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless buying experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized support to customers throughout their car-buying journey
- Assess vehicle condition and provide accurate information to customers
- Process sales paperwork and ensure accuracy of documentation
- Manage repair orders and ensure timely completion of work
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous sales and customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Basic skills with Microsoft Office Suite preferred
