Patient Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Service Representative to join our team at Community Health Network. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our patients and providers.
Key Responsibilities- Check patients in for appointments and collect payments
- Answer telephones and take accurate messages
- Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals
- Verify and update patient demographic information in our electronic medical record system
- Post and balance payments collected
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 year of experience in a healthcare environment or 2 years of customer service experience
