Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Service Representative to join our team at Community Health Network. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our patients and providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Check patients in for appointments and collect payments
  • Answer telephones and take accurate messages
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals
  • Verify and update patient demographic information in our electronic medical record system
  • Post and balance payments collected
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in a healthcare environment or 2 years of customer service experience
