About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Service Representative to join our team at Community Health Network. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to healthcare providers and clinical staff
  • Manage patient appointments, including checking patients in and out, and coordinating referrals
  • Collect patient payments and verify insurance eligibility
  • Utilize electronic medical records to update patient demographic information and post payments
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of experience in a healthcare environment or 2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Strong listening and communication skills, with ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and experience with electronic medical records a plus
