About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Service Representative to join our team at TEKsystems. As a Patient Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient-facing services and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient-facing services with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate patient flow from point of entry to destination in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
  • Interview patients and/or their representatives to confirm demographic, financial, and clinical information.
  • Perform insurance eligibility verification for specific services.
  • Maintain a customer-focused approach during phone conversations.
  • Ensure complete and accurate demographic collection in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of customer service-related experience.
  • Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail with data entry.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with patients, peers, and superiors on a daily basis.
  • Ability to think quickly and react professionally.
