Patient Service Representative

Axia Women's Health is a leading provider of women's health services, with a network of over 400 providers across five states. We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Service Representative to join our team at our North Care Center in Indianapolis, IN.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors, responding to phone calls and in-person inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Activate patient files, collect and record copays, and perform registration functions for new and existing patients.
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain accurate records of patient schedules.
- Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines, as well as confidentiality policies through HIPAA compliance.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Full-time benefits eligibility beginning the first of the month after hire.
