About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Service Representative to join our team at Community Health Network. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our clinical staff, ensuring seamless patient flow and efficient operations.
  • Manage patient scheduling, appointments, and referrals, utilizing our electronic medical record system.
  • Collect patient payments, verify insurance eligibility, and post payments accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and staff to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of experience in a healthcare environment or 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong listening and communication skills, with ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and experience with electronic medical records a plus.
