About the Role

Tikigaq Corporation is seeking an experienced Construction Delivery Director to lead our project delivery efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve project delivery processes and outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project delivery strategies to meet client expectations and firm goals.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to assigned staff to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address project delivery challenges.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering/Construction Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive responsible construction management and end engineering experience.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex projects, including cost-plus and firm-fixed-price contracts.
Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, plus additional benefits.
