Construction Manager Lead

Bristol Prime Contractors, LLC seeks an accomplished Project Manager to lead our projects in Anchorage, AK. As a key member of our team, you will oversee project operations and ensure seamless delivery of services.
About the JobThis position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify project needs, develop solutions, and implement effective project plans.
Responsibilities- Analyze project requirements, prepare budget estimates, and create project schedules.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate project logistics and ensure timely completion.
- Monitor project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Engineering, Environmental Remediation).
- At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in Construction, Environmental Remediation, or Engineering projects.
- Proven track record of delivering projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
Bristol Prime Contractors, LLC provides a comprehensive compensation package, including a salary range of $125,000 - $155,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
