Job Title: Concrete Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Concrete Project Manager to oversee the coordination of concrete construction projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial/industrial concrete construction and be able to effectively supervise construction employees.

About Us: B&B Concrete is a leading provider of concrete construction services, with a reputation for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of concrete construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Supervise and mentor construction employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and sales, to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
  • Manage and control budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered within cost constraints.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in commercial/industrial concrete construction, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant codes and regulations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
