Position Overview:

The Marketing Specialist will be integral to the execution and promotion of 8x8's expanding Technology Partner Ecosystem.

This role involves close collaboration with partners and internal teams to enhance content intake processes, develop engaging marketing materials, and ensure high visibility for integrations within the ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner Content Management: Oversee the process for receiving and organizing partner content into effective sales tools and web copy.
  • Project Coordination: Initiate the announcement and blog intake processes, facilitating communication between internal stakeholders and partners for necessary revisions.
  • Launch Execution: Coordinate the announcement of new integrations across various internal teams, ensuring visibility and engagement from partners.
  • Sales Enablement: Work with the sales enablement team to create resources that clearly communicate the value of partner integrations to the sales force.
  • Growth Marketing Initiatives: Identify opportunities to expand partnerships through case studies, webinars, and other demand generation content.
  • Program Marketing: Maintain and update program marketing content to ensure its relevance and alignment with current partnerships.
  • Program Optimization: Develop and implement the partner intake process to enhance sales enablement and promotional messaging.
Qualifications:

0-2 years of experience in B2B product marketing, partner marketing, or a related field.

Demonstrated ability to be self-sufficient, proactive, and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.

Strong public speaking abilities, comfortable engaging with diverse audiences including executives and partners.

Solid understanding of marketing principles and demand generation strategies.

Experience in the technology sector, particularly in SaaS or related fields, is preferred.

Familiarity with collaboration tools and project management software is advantageous.

A positive, growth-oriented mindset is essential.
