Position Overview:

The Marketing Specialist for Technology Partnerships will be instrumental in executing operational strategies and promotional initiatives for 8x8's growing Partner Ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner Content Management: Oversee the process for acquiring partner materials, transforming them into effective sales tools and web content for integration pages.
  2. Project Coordination: Launch the announcement and blog content intake process, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and partners for necessary adjustments.
  3. Launch Execution: Manage the rollout of new integrations across various internal channels, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement from partners.
  4. Sales Enablement: Work closely with the sales enablement team to develop resources that clearly articulate the value of partner integrations to the sales team.
  5. Growth Marketing Initiatives: Identify avenues for partnership expansion through case studies, webinars, and other demand generation content.
  6. Program Marketing: Regularly update and enhance program marketing materials to maintain relevance and alignment with current partnerships and strategies.
  7. Program Optimization: Create and implement an efficient partner intake process to facilitate effective sales enablement, compelling website content, and clear promotional messaging.

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience in B2B product marketing, partner marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, be proactive, and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong public speaking abilities, comfortable engaging with diverse audiences including executives and partners.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles, demand generation strategies, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience in the technology sector, particularly in SaaS or related fields; familiarity with cloud contact centers or AI integrations is advantageous.
  • Proficient in collaboration tools and project management software.
  • A positive, growth-oriented mindset.
