About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Luxury Sales Stylist at HBC Company Inc. As a Luxury Sales Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a personalized shopping experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Welcome and engage with customers, providing them with a dynamic and personalized shopping experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our luxury products, including designer brands and services offered.
  • Problem Solving: Demonstrate a high level of energy and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, resolving customer concerns and providing solutions with limited supervision.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other sales stylists and store teams to provide a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and proficiency in MS Office and other technology tools.
  • Language: Fluency in multiple languages is an asset, with Mandarin being a strong preference.
