  • Training and Development: Utilize our comprehensive training programs to engage, inform, and retain a satisfied and loyal client base.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales goals, while maintaining the highest level of client service through personalized contact and product maintenance.
  • Client Development: Develop potential clients through clienteling and networking efforts, while maintaining and growing existing client relationships.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist team members in the sales process, adhering to established boutique protocols.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-5 years of luxury retail sales experience, preferably in the timepiece or fine jewelry field.
  • Skillset: Impressive selling capabilities, notable customer service skills, elevated communication skills, robust adaptability, talented negotiation prowess, passion for sales, and ability to work flexible schedules.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
