Key Responsibilities
As a Luxury Fashion Sales Associate, your duties will include:
- Supporting the Personal Stylist in preparing and executing client appointments
- Processing transactions at the point of sale
- Managing merchandise for Fashionphile Service
- Conducting follow-ups post-appointment, including order tracking and thank-you communications
- Assisting in scheduling appointments
- Maintaining accurate client information
- Contributing to digital selling and enhancing social media presence
- Organizing gifting initiatives for top clients
- Ensuring unsold merchandise is returned to inventory
- Maintaining cleanliness in fitting rooms with the help of housekeeping services as needed
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in computer systems
- A keen sense of fashion
- Previous experience in sales or retail is advantageous
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment
- Background in styling, fashion, or retail is essential
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
- Willingness to undertake additional responsibilities as needed
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
