Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Manager. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling customer inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for our students and staff
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, including student information and studio policies
- Perform basic math calculations and handle cash transactions
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bilingual skills a plus, but not required
