We are seeking an experienced and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at SNI Companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage telephone lines and respond to calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and staff, including greeting, directing, and communicating effectively
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, as well as distribute notifications and updates to tenants
  • Maintain the Building Access Card System database and ensure it is up-to-date and organized
  • Coordinate contractors and tenant deliveries, and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed
  • Assist with other administrative duties as requested by management, including ordering and stocking office supplies
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
