We are recruiting a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Kyma, Bistro Niko, and Chops Lobster Bar. As a senior member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum 2 years' experience in a leadership position in a reputable fine dining establishment. Our restaurants offer a unique blend of Mediterranean, French, and Italian cuisine using only the freshest ingredients.

Annual Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 based on experience

Primary Responsibilities
  • Direct and motivate kitchen staff to achieve high standards
  • Work closely with Executive Chefs to refine menus and recipes
  • Ensure impeccable food presentation and quality control
