Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Ensure high-quality customer service while following all safety protocols.
- Store Operations: Ensure a smooth flow of customers through the store.
- Phone Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in accordance with National Vision protocol.
- Insurance and Scheduling: Process and understand managed care plans while obtaining document information from the insurance company as needed.
- Order Management: Check order status and notify customers when orders are in or of any delays.
- Reception Area Maintenance: Keep the reception area tidy and presentable with all necessary materials.
- Administrative Tasks: Receive, sort, distribute daily mail/deliveries and maintain inventory of office supplies.
- Language Skills: Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.
- Experience: Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role preferred but not required.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills required.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills required.
