Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at America's Best. As the face of our stores, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth flow of customers through the store, and maintaining organized patient records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Ensure high-quality customer service while following all safety protocols.
  • Store Operations: Ensure a smooth flow of customers through the store.
  • Phone Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in accordance with National Vision protocol.
  • Insurance and Scheduling: Process and understand managed care plans while obtaining document information from the insurance company as needed.
  • Order Management: Check order status and notify customers when orders are in or of any delays.
  • Reception Area Maintenance: Keep the reception area tidy and presentable with all necessary materials.
  • Administrative Tasks: Receive, sort, distribute daily mail/deliveries and maintain inventory of office supplies.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.
  • Experience: Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role preferred but not required.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills required.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills required.
