SUMMARY:
This role is essential for managing account openings, ongoing account maintenance, and addressing client inquiries efficiently.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Handling the primary service telephone line and addressing requests via phone.
  • Responding to emails from clients and advisors.
  • Reviewing and processing account opening documentation promptly.
  • Managing cashiering tasks, resolving fee billing discrepancies, facilitating account transfers, and executing account closures.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of submitted paperwork.
  • Distributing proposals and account documentation to potential clients.
  • Addressing issues related to incomplete or incorrect items at the account level.
  • Training new staff on established procedures.
  • Performing additional related tasks as assigned by management.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • An Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year of relevant experience and/or training, or a combination of education and experience.

Computer skills required:
Proficiency in Spreadsheet Software (Excel), Word Processing Software (Word), Electronic Mail Software (Outlook), Presentation Software (PowerPoint), and Adobe Software.
