Job Title: Sales Territory Manager

Our client, a leading manufacturer and distributor of building materials, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Territory Manager to support their Engineered Wood Products division.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with customers and industry professionals.

The Sales Territory Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase business and achieve quarterly goals, as well as maintaining and growing existing customer relationships.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase business and achieve quarterly goals
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
  • Effectively use company marketing initiatives and collateral
  • Proactively engage dealers and end-user customers to increase collaboration and customer expansion
  • Provide in-field training
  • Answer key influence questions about products, prices, availability, applications, and terms
  • Deliver regular feedback to management regarding performance needs and market conditions
  • Effectively communicate with inside sales and customer service support team
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Company's building products offering

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years related experience
  • Strong sales experience and existing network of industry professionals
  • Valid driver's license
