Electronic Component Business Development Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated sales leader to join our team as a Senior Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of sales processes.
About the Job:
The Senior Sales Manager will lead the sales efforts for our relays, displays, and transformer business. This critical role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue while maintaining profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's goals.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding market share.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to effectively execute the sales strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products to customers.
- Monitor and report on sales performance using data and insights to adjust strategies as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management (5 years+) with a strong track record in the relays, displays, and transformer components or related sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team toward achieving objectives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- In-depth understanding of sales processes, forecasting, and target setting.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
