Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team at 1 Stop Business Services. The successful candidate will have experience in office administration and will be responsible for performing various tasks, including drafting correspondences, scheduling appointments, and managing payroll and journal entries.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of professional letters and other formal documents.
  • Coordination of appointments and events, ensuring seamless communication with colleagues and clients.
  • Management of payroll and journal entries, maintaining accurate records and adhering to financial regulations.
  • Development of organized filing systems, enhancing data accessibility and efficiency.
  • General office duties, including tax preparation and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in office administration or related fields.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and responsibilities.
  • Organizational skills, facilitating efficient workflow and productivity.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 per year, based on location and experience.
