Job Overview

As a Technical Support Technician at TEKsystems, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our business customers. Your primary goal will be to resolve network issues efficiently, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle 15+ tickets per day, with an average interaction time of 10-15 minutes with business customers.
  • Research, analyze, and troubleshoot network issues, escalating them to the appropriate team if necessary.
  • Collaborate with NOC, Network Administration, Engineering, and Field Operations teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Develop strong customer service skills, with a focus on documentation and ticket tracking.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and expand your technical knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a Contact Center or Technical Support role.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to think outside the box and provide creative solutions.
  • Network + or CCNA certification is highly recommended.
  • Experience with Cisco and Juniper environments is a plus.
