Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team at ServiceNow. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer support experiences by resolving technical cases created by customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve technical cases created by customers using ServiceNow software and platform
  • Employ various diagnostic tools to isolate the potential cause of the issue
  • Manage and resolve challenging issues assigned to you, coordinating assistance from additional teams when necessary
  • Provide input across business units regarding process and product improvements

Qualifications

  • 0-2+ years customer-facing technical support experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot difficult technical issues with ease and complexity
  • Ability to read basic Java/JavaScript code
  • Personal commitment to quality and customer service
